SETTLEMENT DAY

Closing Day marks the end of your home-buying journey and the beginning of your new life! 

​

Be prepared for all closing costs which you are responsible for at settlement. Typical closing costs for the buyer include down payment, home inspection fees, appraisal fees, attorney fees, and title fees. You will receive a closing disclosure from the settlement attorney with all of your final numbers 1-3 days before closing.

gas, electric, water, sewer, cable, etc.

FINAL WALK-THROUGH
a final walk-through of the property is done to ensure nothing has been changed since submitting your offer

​

GET CLOSING FUNDS

certified check from your bank or initiate a wire transfer​

​

BRING VALID ID

driver's license and/or passport cannot be expired
