
Settlement DAY
Closing Day marks the end of your home-buying journey and the beginning of your new life!
Be prepared for all closing costs which you are responsible for at settlement. Typical closing costs for the buyer include down payment, home inspection fees, appraisal fees, attorney fees, and title fees. You will receive a closing disclosure from the settlement attorney with all of your final numbers 1-3 days before closing.

transfer utilities into your name
gas, electric, water, sewer, cable, etc.
final walk-through
your agent will coordinate with the listing agent
get closing funds
certified check from your bank or a wire transfer
bring valid Id
driver's license and/or passport cannot be expired
