Kristen became a licensed Realtor in  2010. Since then, she and her team have established themselves as trusted professionals within the industry. As a lifelong Delaware resident, Kristen's extensive knowledge of northern Delaware's real estate market is unparalleled. Whether working with buyers or sellers, Kristen believes it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process so that they can make informed decisions to support their real estate goals. Kristen is an experienced, skilled negotiator who always has the client's best interests at heart. She is a proud Wilmington Police wife and a mother to three girls and two dogs, Zeke and Lacy. When she's not running to listing appointments or showing homes, Kristen and her family love boating and spending time at the beach.

Caitlin is excited to dive into real estate in Delaware after over a decade of working in the education field as a teacher and behavior therapist for children with special needs. Caitlin has traveled and lived all over and is thrilled to have put down roots in Wilmington with her husband and two young children, where she is constantly amazed by all of the wonderful attractions, activities and events for families that the area has to offer. After leaving central New Jersey where she was born and raised, Caitlin attended the University of Delaware to study English and Theater. After graduating, she traveled extensively and lived in many cities including Houston, TX, Brooklyn, NY, central Israel and Buffalo, NY before becoming a first-time home buyer in Wilmington. Caitlin is passionate about getting to know people and building community. After visiting, living in and working in so many different communities all over the world, Caitlin has gained a unique perspective when it comes to understanding and supporting people. She's eager to guide her neighbors in Delaware to find their way home.

After spending seven years as a middle school English teacher, Caroline left the classroom to delve into her passion for organizing, designing and creating. She is the glue that holds our team together—ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while supporting our team's sales goals. In addition to being our director of team operations and client services manager, she is our marketing director, staging extraordinaire, technology problem-solver, office organizer and content creator. When she's not creating or brainstorming, Caroline can most likely be found exploring the world with her 5-year-old daughter and infant son, buying (too many) houseplants, or working on a new DIY project at home. 

A long time Elsmere resident, Theresa’s down-to-earth and thoughtful personality combined with her thorough attention to delicate details make her a trusted local real estate agent. Prior to real estate, Theresa spent 16 years working in the fast-paced hospital setting, specializing in the Labor & Delivery Department. This experience has allowed Theresa to develop an unmatched level of commitment and dedication to her clients, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout the entire transaction. You can find Theresa working part time as a bartender to keep her “social spirit alive”!
