After devoting seven years to teaching middle school English, Caroline redirected her focus towards her passions for creation, design, and organization. She plays a pivotal role in our team, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service while driving our sales objectives forward. Caroline wears many hats, serving as our director of team operations, client services manager, marketing expert, staging extraordinaire, tech problem-solver, office organizer, and content mastermind. Outside of real estate, she also runs a laser creation business with her sister, designing and producing custom pieces for businesses, events, and homes. When she's not immersed in her various roles, you'll likely find Caroline exploring the world with her 7-year-old daughter and toddler son, nurturing her growing collection of houseplants, conquering new hiking trails, or diving into exciting DIY projects at home.

Born and raised in central New Jersey, Caitlin attended the University of Delaware before spending time in Houston, Brooklyn, Israel, and Buffalo. Her experiences in so many different communities have shaped her ability to understand people, meet them where they are, and help them feel at ease throughout the buying and selling process. Now proudly raising her two young children in Wilmington, Caitlin is grateful to call Delaware home and is dedicated to helping others do the same. For the past 15 years, Jeanette has been a devoted stay-at-home mom, cherishing every moment with her two daughters who are her world. Prior to her role as a mother, she honed her skills as an educator, shaping young minds in preschool classrooms. With a background in home staging and styling, she knows how to make a home stand out—helping sellers maximize their home’s value and giving buyers a vision for what’s possible. She also owns a successful home staging and digital media company, earning five-star recognition for her work. Originally from Long Island, Tara now lives in Newark, Delaware, with her husband, twins, and their two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. She’s a proud University of Delaware grad (and a “Double Del” with her husband). Giving back is important to her—she’s a sustaining member of the Junior League of Wilmington, a volunteer for local nonprofits, and the founder of the Delaware Chapter of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Whether you’re buying or selling, Tara brings experience, insight, and a genuine dedication to making the process as smooth as possible.

Tiffany’s path to real estate has taken her from St. Petersburg, Florida to Oʻahu and now Pennsylvania and Delaware! After earning a Master’s in Communications from the University of Hawaiʻi, she built a career in marketing and spent five years as a licensed real estate assistant—gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the industry. Her passion for real estate truly sparked when she bought her first home. The experience showed her the impact of having an agent who is kind, knowledgeable, and grounded—traits she now brings to every client interaction. Tiffany is known for her calm energy, clear communication, and ability to make the buying or selling process feel approachable and rewarding. Outside of real estate, Tiffany loves cooking (she’d be a personal chef in another life), going to CrossFit, and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter. She’s also active in the Cambodian community through the Khmer Performing Arts & Culture group. Fun fact: she has a twin sister in Florida—who’s also a Realtor—so you could say it runs in the family.
